**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our online sales channels and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches tailored for online platforms.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Implement and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our e-commerce websites and mobile apps to enhance navigation, usability, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries on e-commerce platforms and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct competitor analysis and bench marking to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and best practices, and leverage insights to enhance our competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce), online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), and digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data analysis skills to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging technologies, with a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
