Description

J.P. Morgan Intraday Liquidity and Cash Asset Platform

The Firmwide Cash Account Platform Program is one of the top initiatives both across the firm and within CIB Technology. We have used Agile to iterate quickly and deliver functionality rapidly to the business. The technology solution provides stakeholders a real time view of the firm's liquidity intraday, calculates the firm's intraday positions, generates and sends alerts when specified indicators and limits are breached, enables Cash Management to fund the firms Nostro Accounts, and has a repository of data for management and regulatory reporting. The technology team is comprised of around 100 people across 5 locations globally, and is working on, amongst other things, cash projection and funding tools to measure and predict liquidity needs, reporting for management information and regulatory submissions..
- Work with both business and technology to breakdown requirements to a prioritised iterative delivery schedule.
- Create and maintain plans with dates and deliverables
- Identify potential issues and risks, define mitigation strategies and escalate accordingly
- Strongly and clearly communicate project progress and overall status reporting
- Pro-actively work with your partners to define and offer solutions to issues
- Manage timeline, scope and milestone delivery
- Own and co-ordinate weekly meetings with scrum team and business stakeholders to track and report status
- Create concise high quality reports, presentations/ power point deck, communication materials for senior management. Articulate key messages in high quality visual PowerPoint presentations
- Working collaboratively with team members across line of business and cross functional teams. Ability to drive and facilitate discussions and activities across functional teams.

Skills/Qualifications
- Practical experience of project delivery in an AGILE environment
- Experience in project managing multiple projects.
- Experienced in operating within the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives, team members and peers; build relationships, and obtain required information from partners at all levels; assessing needs, understanding requirements and syndicate solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise work
