**Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Communicate with customers via phone and chat in a timely and accurate way
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Handle data entry in various platforms

**Eligibility**:
You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust

Can start the work immediately

Have relevant skills and interests

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
