**Position description**:
Purpose of the role

The role is accountable for leading the operational delivery of Global Mobility service to include, International Assignments, International relocations, develop and inspire a Global team across multi-locations of TVSM group entities, to deliver an exceptional employee experience focused to enable the talent strategy of the organisation, through location changes.

Also, this role will support the Corporate HR on leadership HR matters related to hiring, compensation & benefits and policy matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

Functional skills

TVSM has both inbound and outbound expats and local hires in various countries. To provide excellent employee experience and developing the talent, this role will support on the following:
Talent Management
- Design & Implement Global mobility program basis company strategy
- Assignee selection collaborating with IB HRBPs
- Decision of assignment type (Business visit / Short-term / long-term / localization)
- Hiring locals through partners / referrals
- Benchmark with industry / market intelligence on Talent, Comp & benefits, and adherence
- Maintain Data Integrity and Accuracy
- Performance management
- Talent development programs collaborating with Talent management

Expat Compensation & Policies
- Benchmark of expat compensation / policies
- Expat compensation calculation collaborating with the vendors like PwC/Deloitte/EY, basis

**Must have**
- MBA degree with engineering graduation preferred
- Work experience of 5 - 8 years in HR / similar roles
- Good Interpersonal skills / Communication skills & Query management

- Excellent Customer centricity / Flexibility and Confidence
- Network & update on various country trends / updates
