**Job Title / Role : Executive PMS**

Department: HR

Section : PMS

**Education Qualification : MBA**

**Purpose of the role**:
Support in building high performance culture by
- 1. Ensuring quality of targets
2. Build capability of managers on overall process
3. Effective communication on policies and process

**Role Description**:
Ø Create and implement action plan for PMS milestones for the year (including communication) - target setting, H1 review and annual appraisal

Ø Ensure readiness of online system for all PMS milestones (in partnership with HRSS and DB team)

Ø Onboard all new joiners (campus and lateral) for guidelines and user support (also tickets from helpdesk in case routed by HRSS)

Ø Implement feedback surveys and execute action plan basis identified areas

Ø Implement training plans - modules on feedback, PDD, manager capability

Ø Conduct sample audit for TSF till C3 level and report summary

Ø Execute digitisation actions identified

Ø Conduct continuous process PDCA and standardise the guidelines

Ø Explore and report contemporary practices in performance management system across the industry

**Managing points (Key KPI/KRA’s)**

Ø Implement annual activity plan for PMS (monthly release of TSF, H1 review, annual review, feedback)

Ø Onboarding of all new joiners for PMS

Ø Design and deliver PMS training

Ø Sample audit of TSF till C3 and summary report

Ø Implement digitisation plan

Ø Closure of PDCA points
