**Name of the position**: Test Associate - NVH

**Educational Qualification**:B.E/ M.E

**Position Description**:
1. Conduct Failure Analysis, Counter Measures & Report making

2. Execute New Test methods, Failure Simulation & Equipment development

3. Benchmarking and Upgrading Standards & Acceptance criteria

4. Ensure Facility Utilization & PM schedules

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- NVH Tests in the low to high frequency, Vehicle Level, Sub-System Level Target Setting, Assessment and Validation Using Global OEM Standards/Processes
- Provide effectuve front loading solutions based on the past prodct experience
- Product expertise and experience with vehicle/system level performance testing and NVH refinement.
- Test schedule, execution, and preparation of test reportEquipment calibration, maintenance,Fixture design and validation
- Provide cost-effective, layout feasible solutions based on
- Homologation support of the new vehicle launches
