Position Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Surat (Multiple Locations)

Reporting To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

- Greet and assist customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Apple products, accessories, and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on Apple product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Educate customers on device usage, technical features, and ecosystem benefits.
- Demonstrate product functionality and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

3. Sales Achievement:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote AppleCare, trade-in programs, and financing options to maximize sales opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products like accessories and services.

4. Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing stock levels and conducting inventory checks.
- Ensure all products are displayed as per Apple’s visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with the store manager to replenish stock and manage product rotation.

5. Customer Support:

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Provide post-purchase support, including warranty guidance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Share feedback and insights with the team to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience:

- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or consumer electronics environment.
- Experience with Apple products or technology is an advantage.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and the Apple brand.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality:

- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Customer-centric mindset.
