**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Follow recipes and instructions to prepare dishes in a timely manner.
- Ensure food is properly stored and labeled.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Learn and develop cooking techniques and culinary skills from senior chefs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or relevant field (preferred).
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
