**Job Title: Cook / Kitchen Assistant - Cafe by AM PM**

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Experience Required**: Good experience (1+ years) in café or kitchen operations (minimum 6 months preferred)

**Cafe by AM PM** is a modern, mínimal-style cafe offering quick, quality bites and beverages in a warm, inviting setting. We’re looking for a reliable and efficient **cook/kitchen assistant** who can handle day-to-day food preparation using ready-to-cook ingredients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve food items such as burgers, wraps, sandwiches, pasta, etc., using pre-prepped or frozen ingredients
- Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to maintain consistency
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Manage basic inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Ensure food safety and handling standards are strictly followed
- Assist with kitchen opening/closing duties

**Requirements**:

- Basic experience in a cafe or fast-food kitchen preferred
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment (oven, toaster, fryer, etc.)
- Good hygiene habits and understanding of food safety
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
