- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager or chef for replenishment.
- Assist in menu planning, including creating specials or modifying recipes to cater to customer preferences.
- Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently.
- Manage prep times to ensure meals are served promptly during busy hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and provide assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Culinary school diploma or certification is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**:
**10k to 18k**
