**Job Title: Principal**

**Institution: Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Physiotherapy**

**Location: Karjat, Raigad District, Maharashtra**

**Reporting To: Chairman / CEO, SES Group**

**Job Purpose**:
To provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to the college, ensuring excellence in education, research, and overall institutional development as per norms of MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) and relevant regulatory bodies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee planning and implementation of academic activities as per MUHS guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and clinical training in physiotherapy education.
- Monitor curriculum delivery and promote faculty development programs.
- Encourage research, innovation, and publications among faculty and students.

**Administration and Compliance**:

- Ensure regulatory compliance with MUHS, IAP (Indian Association of Physiotherapists), and DHE (Directorate of Higher Education).
- Coordinate NAAC/NAB accreditation and inspections from statutory bodies.
- Manage admissions, examinations, and student records as per university standards.
- Maintain discipline, grievance redressal, and welfare for students and staff.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and encourage capacity building.
- Create a healthy academic environment and motivate staff towards institutional goals.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is mandatory.
- Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or allied health sciences preferred.

**Experience**:

- As per Maharashtra University of Health Science norms.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
- Deep understanding of university regulations and physiotherapy education norms.
- Effective planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competence in digital tools for administration and academics.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
