Education/Qualification and requirements: ● Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Social work, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. ● 0–2 years of relevant experience in community psychology, training or mental health. ● Comfortable working in large groups ● Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards. ● Employment on a one year renewable contractual basis. ● Meet background check requirements as part of our Safeguarding Policy ● Ability to engage in hectic travel and still deliver relevant outputs ● Own vehicle is required (bike or any two wheeler)

Language: ● Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English for professional communication, documentation, and reporting is typically required.

Skills: ● Counseling & Therapeutic Skills: Strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in various counseling techniques. ● Empathy & Patience: Ability to understand and respond to the emotional needs of individuals and groups. ● Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Capacity to assess situations, identify psychological needs, and develop appropriate interventions. ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and report writing. ● Assessment & Diagnosis: Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and diagnostic frameworks (especially for those with M.Phil in Clinical Psychology). ● Training & Mentorship: Ability to train and mentor CWWs, as outlined in your document. ● Experience or interest in conducting workshops or training sessions for diverse groups. ● Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic settings.

Roles and Responsibilities of the on-ground team: ● Training of the CWWs for session taking ● Submit appreciation letters to principals ● Workbook distribution - get letter signed + upload to drive ● Ensure smooth operations - escalate any issues to the Wysa Operations Lead. ● Upload receipt of workbook onto drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
