Sales Executive - Retail Industry

We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for direct sales to the retail industry, handling dealers, prospect creation, order finalization, and client management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent sales skills to contribute to our organization's growth.

Job Profile and Description:

- Direct sales to retail industries.
- Handling dealers and maintaining strong relationships.
- Creating prospects and generating leads.
- Finalizing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Providing daily and weekly reports on sales activities.
- Collecting payments from clients.
- Managing existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Acquiring new clients through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Any graduate/post-graduate degree.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in local language and English.

Salary Details:

- Salary range: Rs. 22,000 - 23,000/- per month, negotiable based on experience.
- Incentives and statutory benefits as applicable.

Other Requirements:

- Must be conversant with the local language and English.
- Should possess a valid two-wheeler bike and a driver's license.
