**Position Description**

**Position Title**:Executive Accountant
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Location**: Corporate Office
**Function**: Finance

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assisting MD in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices
- Filing GST and TDS
- Filing PF, ESIC, P-Tax return
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
- Providing customer service to clients
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

**Core Competencies**:

- Proven work experience as a Finance executive or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software like tally is must
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

**Education/Certifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Finance Executive or Similar role
- Graduation in Commerce or economics
- Experience in Tally for at least 2 years
- Certification in advance Excel will be preferable
- Experience in FMCG industries will be advantage

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
