We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our manufacturing unit in Kolkata and ensure smooth financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
- Record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

**2. Invoicing & Payment Management**
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for timely payments.
- Manage GST invoices, e-way bills, and related documentation.

**3. Bank & Cash Management**
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions.
- Track and update daily cash flow.

**4. Taxation & Compliance**
- Assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings and TDS submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**
- Generate periodic financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for account-related queries.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime; knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

**Employment Details**
- **Type**: Full-time (On-site)
- **Salary**: Based on experience and skills ranging between INR 15000-23000 per month.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
