**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, tailored to various learning styles and skill levels.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions on medical coding principles, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and compliance regulations.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student knowledge and understanding, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- **Mentorship**: Offer one-on-one guidance and support to students, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their coding skills.
- **Industry Updates**: Stay current with changes in coding regulations, policies, and technologies to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- **Collaboration**: Work with healthcare organizations to align training programs with industry needs and standards.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor student progress and provide reports on performance to stakeholders, identifying areas for enhancement in the training program.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and coding knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Associate (CCA) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding.
- Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and coding software/tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations.
- Experience with online training platforms.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require occasional travel for onsite training sessions or conferences.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends, may be needed based on student availability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
