We are looking for a skilled **IP-DRG Trainer** to deliver effective training on **Inpatient DRG coding**, including **ICD-10-CM**, **ICD-10-PCS**, and DRG grouping logic. The trainer will ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and readiness for real-world hospital billing systems.
**Education,Experience&Skills**:

- Graduate in Life Sciences or Health Information Management
- Certified in CIC/CCS (preferred)
- 3+ years in inpatient coding; 1+ year in training role
- Strong knowledge of DRG tools and coding systems
- Good communication and presentation skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train coders on IP-DRG, MCC/CC logic, and reimbursement models
- Create training content and case-based exercises
- Conduct assessments and provide performance feedback
- Update content per coding and DRG guideline changes
- Support documentation and coding quality improvement

**Job Types**: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
