Jr. Store Officer

**Job description**

1 To monitor unloading activity properly

a) Manpower Deployment both at Warehouse and FBML as per load and its optimum utilization b) Assigning priority of vehicles for unloading based on urgencies at warehouse

c) Give accurate acknowledgments to transporters

d) Ensure correct verification of loose material unloaded for its quantity as well as peripheral damages

2 Monitoring Counting Activities for all parts a) Having Close Control on Packed Material Counting Activity after unloading

b) Recording PLKZ in case of any discrepancy in material count with invoice / challan quantity c) Communicating short recipt cases to concern vendor and buyer on same day

3 Monitoring and controlling FBML Stores Activity like

a) Daily visit to FBML Stores officials for discussion and attending issues.

b) Monitoring unloading vehicles activities

c) Monitoring Binning, Tray filling, Palletizing on case to case basis

d) Monitoring Unit Packing activity

e) Monitoring Storing of material in desired FBML Stores Location

f) Monitoring Empty Pallet Collection and dispatch to GL Warehouse

g) KANBAN Monitoring

h) FBML Dispatch:

- Monitoring FBML dispatch accuracy and corrective action in case of any material discrepancy sent by GLPL

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
