Warehouse/store Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse/Store Associate responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This role is important in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse organization, and timely support for production and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Control**:

- Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Participate in regular stock counts and audits.
- Help monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or shortages.
- **Goods Receiving & Dispatching**:

- Assist with receiving deliveries, checking goods against orders, and inspecting for quality.
- Support dispatch activities to ensure orders are correctly packed and shipped on time.
- Complete documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments as required.
- **Warehouse Organization & Maintenance**:

- Help organize stock in the warehouse to maintain a clean, orderly, and accessible space.
- Follow safety standards to prevent product damage and maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any potential storage or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Use warehouse management software to update stock levels and track item movements.
- Assist in preparing inventory and shipment reports as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and product locations.

**Qualification Required**:

- _**High school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree; additional warehousing or inventory management certifications are a plus.**_
- Previous experience in a warehouse/Store or inventory role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move heavy items, with physical stamina for warehouse work
