**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Motion Graphics Studio
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work with the creative and production teams to plan and allocate resources effectively
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for efficient workflow and project management
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
- Ensure that all projects are properly documented and that all project files and assets are properly stored and archived
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, studio performance, and other relevant metrics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a creative or production environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
- Understanding of the Motion Graphics industry and production processes is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
