Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPMS and PreDCR Operator located in Pune. The BPMS and PreDCR Operator will primarily be responsible for managing Building Plan Management Systems (BPMS) and Pre-DCR (Development Control Regulations) processes. Daily tasks include collecting accurate data, ensuring regulatory compliance, creating and maintaining records, drafting documents related to building plans, and collaborating with team members for project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BPMS and PreDCR processes, including data collection and documentation
- Familiarity with Development Control Regulations and building plan management practices
- Experience in regulatory compliance and record maintenance
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software
