**Team Management**:
- Supervise and lead a team of pouch
- Packing workers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Production Planning and Coordination**:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
- All Activity’s In Pouch packing Dept. Like Prod. Planning, Man Power Planning & Controlling
- Controlling of machine breakdown period, overtime, wastage & employees absentee.
- Provide Pouch & Wrapper as per Packing Production planning with maximum utilization & Minimum Wastage.
- Maintain Employee’s Production Record (Piece work), Attendance etc.
- Doing online work like ERP/SAP entries e.g. Inward material GRN, Daily plan, Job card, MRS, Issue, Warehouse transfer.
- Continues motivate Fitter & Operator’s for new development, modification
- Maintain all type record from raw material to finish good
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Careful for Increase Production without any accident**.**:
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
- Prepare regular reports for management on production performance.
- Document and report any incidents or accidents in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,180.63 per month
