**What you’ll do**
- Analyze customers’ business requirements, problems, and act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients and partners
- Manage relationships between different stakeholder groups (internal and external)
- Understands the customer business, goals and challenges to suggest solutions and services
- The focus of your activities will be to increase service excellence along with stabilization improvements to help operations to reduce manual efforts and cost and deliver faster services to our customers meeting their needs and expectations.
- Masterfully manage the product backlog, employing Jira and Mural to stay attuned to the evolving demands of users and stakeholders.

**What you bring**
- Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business and Economics.
- Extensive professional working experience in agile project teams
- Proven ability in merging business and engineering insights to craft seamless solutions.
- Professional experience as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation and migration projects or as technical project lead with customer interaction
- Proficiency in software engineering methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira.
- An emerging interest in observability and user monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Octobus).
- Ability lead/drive difficult discussions to achieve clear desired outcomes
- 3-5 years in the captivating field of business process design and requirements management, ideally in partner business or similar areas.
- A minimum of 1 year dedicated to SAP solution portfolio, with a focus on customer experience solutions (like Sales or Service Cloud)
- Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
- Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences with clear and concise language
- Experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions\
- Fluency both written and spoken in English, German a plus
