**About Us**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers.
- Explain company products and services, and onboard new sellers.
- Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain good relationships with sellers and clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BCA, BCS, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

**Key Skills**:
Telecalling, Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Excel, MS Office, Customer Handling and Sales Coordination

**Salary Range**:
₹10,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month (based on skills & experience)
