We are hiring for **Vice Principal/Academic** **Coordinator (Females)**position for our **Residential Campus**. (**Hayatnagar**)
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Assists faculty by providing information, locating desired information and materials, typing, collating, or otherwise assisting in test preparation
- Assists students by determining who can best provide information needed by the student, providing basic and initial assistance to students with questions about classes, registration, permissions, etc. using established guidelines.
- Helps to organize and conduct departmental events, as directed, by securing space, equipment, food, preparing invitations
- Preparing personnel action forms and position authorizations as directed, verifying and processing student and part-time employee time records, scheduling the use of classrooms, department facilities, or meeting rooms, and maintaining the security of classrooms, labs, equipment, and records
- Supports the department by performing all other duties as assigned by the reporting head.
- Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture and policies of the institution
- Build strong relationships with parents and assist in the coordination and delivery of parent curriculum meetings and/or workshops as appropriate
- Demonstrate empathy, humility and genuinely care about students, taking the time to listen and motivate them
- Coordinating with the teachers, students and parents.
- Class observation and ensure classes are going according to the lesson plan
- **Willing to stay in the Residential campus.**:

**Qualification & Experience**: Post graduation (Preferably science stream) with minimum 3+ years of similar experience in any reputed educational institutions
