
Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Efficient database maintenance.
- Incorporating timelines in YouTube videos.
- Managing, downloading, and sorting Zoom reports.
- Maintaining and creating session records and scheduling when required.
- Monitoring and executing Auto IVR/Messaging campaigns.
- Generating operational MIS reports for management and data analysis.
- Collaborating on consolidated Zoom attendees' reports.
- Uploading session recordings on the LMS platform.
- Evaluating various AI tools for process improvements.
- Undertaking any other back-office activities as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-office operations or administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
