1. Mentor students/ provided leads (Database) by giving real-life examples and building rapport with the student as well as parents

2. Counseling and responding quickly to assigned Students Leads/prospects and converting them into students by understanding their needs and concerns

3. Willing to work in a dynamic working environment

4. We will coach you to have strong phone presence and experience connecting with maximum numbers of customers as per timelines

5. Demonstrate expertise for shortlisting of partner universities according to the student profile and ensure documentation along with visa processing guidelines.

7. Coordinate maintain close relationships with internal counseling editorial teams to understand student requirements.

8. Take ownership of accuracy of work and maintain quick a turnaround time

9. Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement

11. Application on the University portal

12. Follow up for fee payments to Universities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
