**Role: Executive Sales Support / Sr. Executive Sales Support**

**Experience: upto 4 years**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Complete timesheet reconciliation and Invoicing. Outstanding collection
- Co-ordinate with Legal Team for vendor onboarding formalities like NDA / MSA / Agreements etc.
- MIS reporting - working on MIS reports for Sales reconciliation, Accounts receivables and other sales support activities
- Strategic Account Management in co-ordination with Sales Team members
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders of important tasks and deadlines
- Support the Manager(s) in day-to-day sales activities through collection and dissemination of information for individual stake holders
- Assist sales department and sales team with all sales department needs, participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and closed successfully.
- Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for sales department.
