**we are having an opening for a Guest Service Associate position for PVR-INOX Movie Theatres in Mumbai & Thane Area.**

**Please find the JD**:
**Position: Guest Service Associate - Operations**

**Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Any Specialization in F&B or hospitality or Aviation related field**

**Experience: Fresher / 1 year of experience in cinema, retail, or restaurant operations**

**Salary: 14k to 18k (Depending upon the interview)**

**Timings: Morning and Evening Shifts**

**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsible for selling the food items across the counter and in the auditorium.**

**Responsible for promoting all promotions associated with brand partners related to Box Office / Food**

**& Beverage.**

**Prepares the wooden tray, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled,**

**performing all other preparation tasks.**

**Responsible for collecting cash for each sale done.**

**Responsible for recording the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift.**

**Responsible for using the POS for recording the sale.**

**Responsible for recording all items received at the counter at the beginning - during the shift.**

**Responsible for checking the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case.**

**Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs.**

**Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee - tea - coke**

**Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices.**

**Responsible to keep clean work area like food counter - warmers - cold cases - dispensing machine**
**- Popcorn maker and floors are clean.**

**Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen**

**staff is running out of any items...etc.**

**Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about food**

**preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the commis.**

**Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts**

**and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.**

**Prepare mixed drinks for service to the customers table.**

**Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.**

**Filling in for absent staff as needed.**

**Assisting with special events as needed.**

**Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.**

**Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.**
