**Profile**:A company engaged in **Railway** base projects is urgently looking for a Mechanical Design & Production Engineer with experience in 2D/3D software. Preferably knows **Solidworks.** For 2D & 3D must know **Autocad**.

**Education**: Diploma/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

**Experience**:Min 2 years.

**Qualification**:

- Must be from manufacturing & Mechanical industry.
- Must know **AutoCAD (**Solidworks will be an added benefit )
- Design, Development & drafting of Railway based projects.
- Must be able to prepare Bill of Materials, Drawing part list, weight calculation of parts etc.
- Must have knowledge of nesting, laser cutting, knowledge of bending, rotating parts etc.
- Analyze & solve manufacturing technicalities.

**1.**Prepare drawings based on prototype products / assembly complete with Bill of Materials.

**2.**Prepare Drawing file in hardcopy / soft copy.

**3.**Prepare Bill of Materials with weight calculation / laser / bending drawings with calculation of sheet / Rod / Plate required.

**4.**Prepare **Drawing Planning sheet** and report to senior.

**5.**Any other jobs required for this post.

**6.**Discuss with production regarding drawing issues and solve them.

**7.**Explain Drawings to Production supervisors as required.

Visit shop floor for understanding concept of equipment and purpose.
