**Job Posting: Marketing Operations Coordinator**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Dealer Welcome Kit Management**: Ensure timely preparation and distribution of welcome kits for new dealers.
- **Gift Procurement and Distribution**: Oversee the process of shortlisting, procuring, and distributing scheme gifts for dealers.
- **Signage and Branding**: Manage all operations related to signage installation and retail branding, coordinating with vendors for reece and setup.
- **In-Shop and Retail Branding**: Supervise merchandising, ensuring effective delivery and display of promotional items at retail outlets.
- **Marketing Collaterals**: Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials such as shade cards, fandecks, and catalogues.
- **Greeting Management**: Manage and send regular greetings and appreciation messages to dealers, shop staff, painters, architects, and end customers.
- **Price Lists and Business Cards**: Handle creation and distribution of price lists (DRPL, MRP) and business cards for dealers.
- **Customer Testimonials**: Collect and showcase customer feedback for marketing testimonials.
- **Re-order Levels**: Monitor stock levels for marketing and merchandising items to ensure continuous availability.
- **Quotation and Order Management**: Manage quotations, order placements, and payment execution for marketing-related procurement.
- **Dealer Trip and Sales Meet Management**: Plan and execute dealer trips and sales meetings from start to finish.
- **Sample and Color Preview Management**: Ensure timely availability of product samples and color previews for events and dealer requests.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
