**Job Description: Marketing Operations Executive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Operations Executive to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual with a creative mindset who can manage and execute a variety of content and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from ideation to completion, while delivering impactful results that align with our brand's vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop creative content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Design and maintain detailed social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Create scripts for projects and user-generated content (UGCs), maintaining high-quality and engaging narratives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and execute posts across various platforms, optimizing for engagement and reach.
- Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategy to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Scout and coordinate with influencers for campaigns, ensuring a perfect match with the brand.
- Brief influencers on campaign objectives and guidelines for content creation.
- Oversee the procurement and quality of influencer-generated content to align with campaign goals.
- **Project Management**:

- Handle both new and ongoing projects, managing all aspects from concept development to execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and staying within budget.
- **Shoot Arrangements**:

- Plan and organize shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Execute shoots efficiently, collaborating with teams to achieve creative and technical goals.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and production, to align efforts.
- Regularly report progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years of Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Strong scripting and storytelling skills for diverse content formats.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Experience in planning and executing photo and video shoots.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and external collaborators.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in handling end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platforms.

**Note**:

- 6 Days Working ( Mon-Sat)
- Term: Full Time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Working Hours: 9:30-5:30
- Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
