Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options.
- Conducted test drives and explained vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field marketing, Campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in the 4-wheeler segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in local language and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
