**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos in line with the brand's identity.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates) to optimize designs for engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand the goals and target audience for each video.
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube’s design trends and audience preferences.
- Produce multiple thumbnail options and test for effectiveness, revising as needed based on performance data.
- Manage and organize thumbnail assets for efficient production workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or similar digital work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and user behavior is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video content and editing tools is beneficial but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design adjustments.
- Prior experience working in digital media, specifically for social media or YouTube platforms.
