Our Work: picturethis.co.in/short-form-videos/ This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Photo Editor - who will join and grow with us into our core team of AI-powered Creators. Our team creates some of the best content in the Indian Tech Landscape - We have organically reached over 10 MILLION people last year alone, through our own youtube channel (www.youtube.com/@themvp_in). and we're doing the same for our clients. Benefits - LPA: 2 to 7 LPA (depending on qualification) - Annual Performance Bonus - Health Insurance - Training & Development Opportunities - Additional: Access to paid tools for personal content (Runway-ML, Envato Elements, ChatGPT+, Submagic etc.) Responsibilities - Image Editing & Graphic Designing - Designing effective thumbnails to increase click-through rate - collaborate & communicate with the team for a smooth working process Qualifications - Strong Understanding & Experience in Basic Principles of Creating Content - like Effective Research, Storytelling & Design Principles - Proficiency in Lightroom, Illustrator, & Photoshop - Up-to-date with Social Media/Youtube Trends - Great Attention to Detail (OCD will help) - Self-Learning Ability - Good Communication Skills (Receptive to feedback) - Any experience in managing a Social Media Account, even personal, will be helpful. Additional Activities You can also choose to be involved in additional activities to grow your skills. - Ideation, Scripting & Copywriting - Video Production & Cinematography - Analytics & Marketing Strategy
