We are seeking a talented and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team. As a YouTube Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that captures the audience’s attention, aligns with our brand, and meets the requirements for YouTube. You’ll collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to ensure videos are optimized for performance and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including adding transitions, sound effects, music, graphics, and effects, to enhance the overall quality of the content.
- **Content Optimization**: Ensure that videos are optimized for YouTube, including attention to length, pacing, and engagement hooks in the first few seconds.
- **Thumbnail and Title Creation**: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and click-worthy thumbnails. Assist in crafting compelling titles and descriptions that drive viewership.
- **Content Enhancement**: Add captions, subtitles, annotations, and other necessary elements to improve accessibility and engagement.
- **Color Grading and Audio Mastering**: Adjust color tones and audio levels to ensure visual and auditory quality.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage video files, ensuring version control and proper archiving of final products.
- **Trends and Research**: Stay updated with current YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve video performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content creators, producers, and the marketing team to ensure videos align with the overall content strategy.
- **Storytelling**: Ensure the final videos tell a coherent and engaging story that resonates with the target audience.
- **Revisions**: Implement feedback from client and make necessary edits to improve video quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
