Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in video editing. The ideal candidate will work closely with a YouTuber, leveraging their expertise to create compelling and engaging video content.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in video editing with at least 7-10 years in the industry, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
  • Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory skill), ensuring high-quality video projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Final Cut Pro X (Mandatory skill) for seamless editing work.
  • Expertise in DaVinci Resolve (Mandatory skill), particularly in color grading workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects to elevate video content with outstanding visual effects.
  • Experience with Avid Media Composer and understanding of its use in broader editing projects.
  • Competency in color grading, transforming raw footage into stunning visual narratives.
  • Skilled in motion graphics, capable of creating animations and integrating them into videos effectively.
  • Knowledge of video compression techniques to optimize quality while reducing file sizes for upload efficiencies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting on YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the YouTuber to understand video goals and execute the editing process accordingly.
  • Incorporate graphical elements and effects to enhance the storytelling aspect of videos.
  • Perform color grading to improve the visual quality and consistency across all video outputs.
  • Ensure all exported content meets the required technical specifications and aesthetic quality.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, maintaining high quality across different devices.
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends and techniques in video production and editing.
  • Manage a library of motion graphics assets and efficiently apply them to various projects.
