**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of seasonal offerings and specialty drinks.
- Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
