**Position Description**
Finance Change is the partner of choice for Finance Senior Management in leading and delivering change initiatives across business units of the Bank.
We are a central and global Finance team of change professionals with a diversified skill-set, sitting in all major Finance locations and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
We are responsible for the delivery of the full project lifecycle from definition of change requirement/need to the implementation and handover of a full functional solution to our stakeholders and we are currently supporting a diversified portfolio of projects aligned with the execution of DB’s strategy e.g. Regulatory projects, Efficiency projects, Improve Control projects or Business Funded projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Deutsche Bank’s regulatory / other change initiatives as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst, responsible in delivering Strategic initiatives globally, in specific Kannon and dbPalace for US and UK/ CEEMEA regions
- Working with the key stakeholders including technology, Strats and Finance in multiple locations, by providing direct engagement support (daily & weekly) to assigned initiatives.
- Gathers requirements, defines, and documents business processes/procedures using workflow modelling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
- Partner independently with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Support Product Leads on overall test strategy, scoping user acceptance test (UAT)
- Develop and/or support the development of presentations that deliver succinct/concise recommendations to management team and be able to provide rationale and justifications behind the recommendations.
- Prepare training materials, executes Key user/ End-user trainings, conduct “train the trainer” sessions taking support from Product Leads wherever needed
- Stakeholder management: able to build and maintain a range of senior stakeholder relationships and influence stakeholders to support change agenda.
- Ability to communicate complex problems / solutions in an articulate manner, using data to support your argument and influence stakeholders.
- Works with stakeholders and key Subject Matter Experts to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Supports go-live activities (UAT, test writing) and provides post-go live support during “warranty” period.
- Capability Development & Management - Contribute to the stakeholder’s process improvement initiatives related to delivery and cross-functional trainings.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in all or any of the streams
- RTB, Financial reporting, Regulatory reporting, Finance transformation/IT project implementation in the banking or financial service sector (preferred)
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels
- Excellent ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines & pressure
- Past working experience in RTB/IT/Project Management. etc. is desirable.
- Financial industry knowledge highly desirable in areas of Risk and Valuation
- Understanding and Data flow, Risk and Profit & Loss
