- **Qualifications**_

1.Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDRAW. Preference given to those with basic HTML/CSS coding skills(for custom store module development).
- Familiarity with tools commonly used by Indian designers, such as Canva and Adobe Express,to quickly produce mobile-friendly materials.

2.Experience and Cultural Understanding
- Over 2 years of design experience on Indian e-commerce platforms, with familiarity of design standards on top platforms like Flipkart and Myntra.
- Deep understanding of Indian religious festivals and regional aesthetic differences(e.g.,South India's preference for intricate patterns,North India's inclination towards mínimalism).

3.Soft Skills
- Ability to collaborate with the Indian marketing team to interpret operational needs and translate promotional strategies into high-conversion visual solutions.
