**Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, engaging graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and infographics that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Edit and produce videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop and manage social media calendars to deliver timely and consistent content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand campaign goals and develop designs that enhance and support their initiatives.
- Ensure all creatives are prepared, published, and updated regularly across all digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, staying updated with the latest platform changes and best practices.
- Manage and grow the social media community by engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions.
- Create and maintain a library of digital assets including in-app banners, notification banners, app store assets, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing work.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
- Experience working in the e-commerce or retail industry.

**Location: Sector 59 Noida, India**

**Work Week: 5 days a week**

**Salary: INR 15,000 to 22,000 per month**
