**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars to develop key soft skills in sales professionals.
- **Training Content Creation**: Develop and update training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, exercises, etc.) that align with the company’s sales goals and improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
- **Needs Assessment**: Collaborate with sales managers and team leads to assess the training needs of the sales force, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- **Coaching and Mentoring**: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individual sales team members to reinforce soft skills training and provide personalized feedback.
- **Role-Playing & Simulation**: Lead role-playing exercises, sales simulations, and scenarios to help participants practice and refine their skills in real-world sales situations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and sales performance metrics. Recommend improvements based on data.
- **Best Practice Sharing**: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, success stories, and strategies for effective communication and sales techniques.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales leadership team, HR, and Learning & Development to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
- **Stay Current**: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices related to sales and soft skills training.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a training or coaching role.
- Proven experience delivering training programs or workshops focused on sales, communication, and soft skills.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to engage and motivate individuals with varying levels of experience.
- Expertise in training facilitation, coaching, and interactive learning strategies.
- Proficient in the use of training tools and software (e.g., LMS, virtual training platforms, presentation software).
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), Soft Skills Trainer certification, or similar) are a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- A passion for sales and developing others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with various sales technologies (CRM systems, communication tools, etc.).
- Experience with eLearning and digital training tools.
- Ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust based on performance data.

**Working Conditions**
- This role may involve occasional travel to different offices or sales locations (depending on the company's needs).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
