**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Branding**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote design and construction services.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, project presentations, and social media content.
- Manage company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Analyz e market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

**Business Development & Client Relations**
- Identify and approach potential clients including architects, developers, corporates, and homeowners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and capability decks.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Support in preparing tender documents and project bids.

**Growth Strategy**
- Collaborate with management to define business growth targets and expansion plans.
- Track and report marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations with interior designers, contractors, and real estate firms.
- Contribute creative ideas for promotional activities and project showcases.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client servicing (preferably in design, architecture, or construction industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
