An academic counselor helps students at a college or university make decisions about their education and career. They provide personalized advice based on a student's goals, abilities, and learning style. Responsibilities
- **Academic advice**: Help students choose courses, majors, and extracurricular activities
- **Networking advice**: Help students network with alumni and prepare for interviews
- **Counseling sessions**: Advise students and parents on their learning needs
- **Online sessions**: Conduct online demo sessions and follow-up sessions
- **Classroom advice**: Provide classroom advice and interact with teachers and parents
- **Academic mentoring**: Provide academic mentoring to students

**Skills**:

- **Active listening**: The ability to focus on and understand what someone is saying
- **Analytical skills**: The ability to identify a problem, find relevant facts, and find a logical solution
- **Communication skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators
- **Interpersonal skills**: The ability to build relationships and negotiate with vendors and partners

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
