**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Office Administrator in the automobile industry, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression of the dealership or automotive service center

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a well-ordered front office environment.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- **Customer Service**: A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
- **Problem Solving**: Resourcefulness and the ability to handle unexpected situations or inquiries effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and dealership promotions.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage appointment schedules for vehicle servicing, test drives, and consultations.
- Coordinate with service advisors and sales representatives to ensure efficient scheduling.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Process paperwork related to vehicle sales, service appointments, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and updating vehicle information in the system.
- **Sales Support**:

- Support sales teams by handling inquiries, setting up test drives, and providing information about available vehicles.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Process payments for services, parts, and accessories.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial procedures.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage office supplies and ensure the front office area is organized and presentable.
- Assist in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including service, sales, and management.
- Relay important information to customers and provide updates on service or sales processes.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns and inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
