We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our health and life insurance team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our insurance products and services. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and maintaining accurate records of all calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our health and life insurance products and services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our insurance products to clients and answer their questions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in our database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to insurance regulations.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the health and life insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and client schedules.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
