Position: Food and Beverage (F&B) Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including profit and loss statements, budget variance analysis, and sales performance reports.
- Utilize MIS tools to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, food and beverage costs, and profitability across multiple outlets.
- **Cost Control and Inventory Management**:

- Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory across all outlets, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for inventory management and procurement.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and forecasts for each outlet.
- Track budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize market knowledge to anticipate industry trends and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- **Multi-Outlet Management**:

- Oversee financial operations for multiple Binge Bakery outlets, ensuring consistency in reporting and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to address financial concerns and optimize profitability at each location.
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability across all outlets.
- **Market Knowledge and Vendor Relations**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the bakery and café industry.
- Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality and availability.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor the F&B accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to enhance team members' skills in financial analysis, reporting, and systems utilization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in food and beverage cost control, with a focus on Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and multi-outlet operations.
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS), financial software, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
