Lifespark is currently building solutions for Parkinson’s Disease, and we are looking for a sales executive to join our growing team. - List outcomes - generation, conversion, followup_ - Competencies - Willing to visit and empathise with groups, understand lead generation to conversion process, self starter_ - Salaries fixed + variable component + reimbursement of expenses -> make as simple as possible_ - Reasonable targets - achievable with effort - expectation of 80% of targets or reasonable_ **Essential experience and requirements**: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals and groups. - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. - Ability to travel efficiently, year round - Being comfortable with ambiguity, being a self-starter with strong work ethic - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and their families. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and target potential leads through various channels such as support groups, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and online communities. - Follow up on leads, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. - Provide guidance and support to potential customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing detailed information about our devices and their benefits. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and communicate to the management. **Location : IIT Bombay, Mumbai** **Working mechanism : In-person** **Working Days - Mon-Sat 9AM-5PM** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Technical support: 1 year (required) - tele sales: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
