**Job Title**: Hospitality All-Rounder
**Location**: 4-Bedroom Luxury Chalet, Manali, Himachal Pradesh
**Reports To**: Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping**:

- Ensure that all areas of the chalet are impeccably clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, laundry, and supply closets.
- Carry out deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance tasks, as required.

**Food and Beverage Service**:

- Assist in serving meals to guests, ensuring exceptional presentation and a high level of service.
- Set up and clear dining tables, ensuring all meals are served in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests at all times.
- Serve snacks, drinks, and beverages to guests as needed.
- Be attentive to guest dietary preferences and needs, and communicate these with the kitchen staff.

**Kitchen Assistance**:

- Assist the chef with food preparation and cooking tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
- Clean kitchen utensils, appliances, and work surfaces after each use.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Support with organizing food stock and inventory management.
- Help with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.

**Guest Interaction**:

- Ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and attended to throughout their stay.
- Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and responding to requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist with any additional tasks related to guest preferences or special requests, ensuring a memorable experience.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, food & beverage service, or kitchen assistance in a luxury setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the guests.

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
