**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Telesales Executive** to join our growing team at Infopark. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, calling potential clients, presenting our services (acoustic works, interiors, and turnkey construction), and setting up appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce Acoustic Designs' services.
- Understand client needs and explain how our acoustic, interior, and construction services meet those needs.
- Maintain and update client database with accurate and relevant information.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales executives and project consultants.
- Follow up on leads and previous communications to maintain client interest.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotions.
- Handle basic queries related to services, pricing, and project timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and positive communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales executive, customer service representative, or similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. (Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Basic understanding of interior design, acoustic solutions, or construction industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,346.31 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
